Course Description

The Diploma in IT comprises a core module and three modules that you select from diverse subjects. The Diploma in IT is the academic equivalent to year two of a University honours degree in England, recognized by Ofqual as a level 5 qualification.

Successful completion of the Diploma in IT means you are eligible to apply for Professional (MBCS) membership of the Institute, if you also have three years' experience as an IT professional.



Entry Requirements

  • Successful completion of or been made exempt from the BCS Certificate in IT level

Or

  • Equivalent Certificate in IT from a recognized institution
