Diploma in Quantity Surveying

Entry Requirements:

  • Passes GCE O/L with 5 Credits including Mathematics OR
  • Passed/Sat for GCE A/L in Science or Commerce Stream OR
  • Any other Basic Civil Engineering related certificate accepted by NIBM

For entry into year 2: BSc (Hons) Quantity Surveying and Commercial Management

  • Passes NIBM Diploma in Quantity Surveying OR
  • Any other Diploma Certificate related to Civil Engineering field equivalent to NVQ level 4 accepted by NIBM
