Course Description

This is designed to help you develop key leadership skills, from managing people and resources to strategic planning. The degree focuses on contemporary management issues, giving you the opportunity to develop a wealth of general skills needed to aid progression from an operational level through to leadership. Success in this field requires confidence, versatility and strategic thinking, coupled with elevated communication skills and a desire to succeed. Upon completion of this degree, you will receive a qualification awarded by Coventry University.

Entry Requirements

For entry into year 1: Advanced Diploma in Business Management
For after A/L Students
Those who have sat for GCE Advanced Level and qualified with minimum Three (03) simple passes are eligible for the first year of the degree program
AND
Those who have sat for GCE Advanced Level and absence of Three (03) simple passes should need to follow Certification in Business Management (CBM) during the First year of the degree program.
OR
Those who have completed their GCE Ordinary level will have to follow Foundation Course in Business Management and after successful completion are eligible for the first year of the degree program.

For ADBM (for professionals)
Those who have qualified in GCE Advanced Level with Three (03) Years of work experience
OR
Those who have qualified in GCE Ordinary Level with Five Year (05) work experience
OR
Those who have successfully completed Advanced Certificate in Business Management (ACBM) are also eligible for the first year of degree program on Part Time basis.
?For entry into year 2: Higher National Diploma in Business Management
Full time
Those who have successfully completed the course work of the Advanced Diploma in Business Management (Full Time) program are eligible to follow Higher National Diploma in Business Management
AND
Students should be qualified in all the modules of Advanced Diploma in Business Management during the Second Year to be qualified for Higher National Diploma in Business Management.

Part time

Those who have successfully completed the course work of the Advanced Diploma in Business Management (Part Time) program are eligible to follow Higher National Diploma in Business Management.
AND
Students should be qualified in all the modules of Advanced Diploma in Business Management during the Second Year to be qualified for Higher National Diploma in Business Management.

For entry into year 3: BA (Hons) Management and Leadership

Those who have successfully qualified in Advanced Diploma in Business Management and Higher National Diploma in Business Management are eligible for the Final Year Top up degree in BA (Hons) Management and Leadership.
