Course Description

The complete study of Architecture requires 5 years of full-time Architectural education. The SLIIT School of Architecture offers the complete pathway in 2 stages: the three-year full-time Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture followed by a recommended placement year, leading onto the 2-year Master’s Degree in Architecture.

Upon the successful completion of two years of the SLIIT Architecture programme, students will be eligible to progress to the third year, the B.Sc.(Honours) Degree in Architecture awarded by the Liverpool John Moores University in the United Kingdom

Entry Requirements

1. GCE Advanced Level (Local) - 3 passes in any stream. (Preferably in the Biology, Mathematics or Engineering Technology) 
2. GCE Advanced Level (Edexcel/Cambridge) – 3 D passes in any stream.  Compulsory “C”passes in Mathematics and English at the GCE Ordinary Level (Local / London)
3. Successful candidates will be selected through an aptitude test (followed by an interview if required) conducted by the SLIIT School of Architecture at the SLIIT Malabe Campus.
