The programme aims to provide students with the knowledge, skills, and comprehension required to allow them to contribute to the planning, design and management of modern network-based computer systems. The degree programme delivers an extensive knowledge on computer hardware, network engineering, embedded systems, communication systems, interface design and automation.
1.GCE Advance Level (Local) - 3 passes in one and the same sitting with a pass in Mathematics or Physics or from Engineering Technology stream. OR GCE Advance Level (Edexcel / Cambridge) - 3 D passes in one and the same sitting with a pass in Mathematics or Physics or from Engineering Technology stream. OR Successful completion of the Foundation Certificate in IT at SLIIT Academy. A pass in the Aptitude Test conducted by SLIIT.
