The BSc (Honours) Quantity Surveying programme aims to provide fundamental knowledge and develop an advanced understanding of the theory and practice of construction technology, law, procurement, construction contracts, measurement, construction management, financial management , business management, information technology and project management in the wider business and built environment sectors. The programme will provide opportunities for the critical appreciation and understanding of the significant factors constraining the effective management and development of the built environment, e.g. physical, legal, economic, sustainable and technological factors.
SLIIT students can transfer for the final year or final two years to complete their undergraduate studies at LJMU. When trasfering, LJMU will consider previous academic progress.
